It’s that time of year to celebrate the best in couture during fashion week in New York City! The hoomans present the best collections to the world with a week full of fashion festivities. Yet strutting the sidewalks, countryside, and neighborhoods daily are our fantastic four-legged friends who look fancy in their own way from head to tail, but without the fanfare. So, let’s take some time to discuss presentation, accessories, wearables, and style (PAWS) for our furry friends:
Presentation:
Whether playing at the park, begging for treats, out for a stroll, or just lounging around the house, pups always have the opportunity to show off their best looks. The well-dressed pup not only looks good but feels good. Being prepared for any activity or weather pattern can make all the difference no matter what they get up to.
Accessories:
These days, a collar is not just a collar when style meets functionality! The same goes with harnesses and other select pup wear. Accessories such as collars and harnesses are now designed to hold safety trackers in place, which are an important part of a pup’s safety, but they can still look good while being protected! There are so many colors, sizes, and styles on trend to pick from and please every pup’s taste.
Wearables:
There are so many options for pups to choose from to show their best side without inhibiting a pup’s daily routine. Sweaters, jackets, hats, collars, and booties all serve important purposes such as keeping pups warm, safe, and protected from the elements, but they still look good while doing it!
Style:
No matter what your pup is wearing, make sure their own style comes through. Whether fancy, funky, vintage, casual, or sophisticated, every pup has a different personality and their playwear or formalwear is a great opportunity to let it shine through!
